Taiho Shichauzo! (TV) because it is all about a police station and the police who work there. Another choice would be
Witch Hunter Robin since the organization there, while not official police, do deal with investigating crime involving witches. They in effect police the witch population, thus the title would be "Police." ^_^
OVA: (
Type) OVA = Original Video Animation. These are the direct-to-video anime titles done in Japan. Often, OVAs can start a franchise (
Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki), start a TV series (
Mahou Tsukai Tai!), be a sequel to a TV series (
Love Hina Again), or be a stand-alone title (
Aa! Megami-sama! OVA). Sometimes, the OAVs are named the same as the TV series and thus will sometimes have the term OVA listed after the title's name to separate it.

Yuka, Reimi and Maki are Japanese Policewomen of the traffic department who have decided to assist in breaking up a white slavery ring by conducting an investigation of their own in their spare time. However, things don't exactly go as planned as Yuka is herself kidnapped by the slave traders. With the remainder of the police department paralysed by red tape and indecision, Reimi and Maki once again take matters into their own hands to launch an armed-to-the-teeth rescue attempt.

During a heavy downpour, a girl is running away from a boy. She crosses a street, not seeing the oncoming truck. But the boy does, and pushes her away...bloodily injuring his hand. Frightened, she runs away from the scene.Eight years later this girl (whose name is Takeshita Yumi) has grown up to become a rookie police officer. On her first day on duty, the overeager Yumi hears a scream and finds a purse-snatching victim. She sees a heavyset man running away and gives chase, catches him and with her strength and combat skills, flattens him. Not only has she caught the wrong guy but the scar on his hand shows that he's Ichidaiji Tohru, the young man who saved her so many years ago and now is an illusionist by trade.
